The living room is simple with one oversized sofa, but it’s perfect for having people over, watching TV,  reading a book, or just gazing out the window.

This home measures 34′ on the main floor and approximately 40′ on the second level thanks to the loft bump-outs. The owners installed an overhang, eaves troughs, and a rain chain to control water flow off the roof.

The bathroom is quite spacious with a full washer and dryer, a stall shower, a flush toilet, and a vanity.  There are quite a few storage options in this space: shelving and hooking for towels, a mirrored cabinet for toiletries, and a vanity cabinet for cleaning supplies.

It has a heated floor that feels great on your feet, but the radiant heat also helps dry towels and the bath mat more quickly.

What a beautiful and functional little home. I could, and would, happily live here. It looks so roomy and well organized.

I can think of nothing that has been left out and even the colour of the home is a soft, creamy white with the natural wood accents instead of a harsh, stark white.

This is such a pretty home! I love the walls and ceilings and the use of wood accents in the floor and counters. The bathroom is very cleverly organized so the washer/dryer combo fits neatly into it and out of the way. Where did you find the adorable one piece tiny shower? I have looked high and low. You did a great job on this home.

Love this home. Is it possible to get the floor plans for this beauty? I haven’t found many homes and floor plans I like, but I love this one. Thank you so much for sharing.

You’ll have to contact the builder to see if they can offer that to you… There’s a link under “Additional Resources” for the Mint Tiny House Company…
