It is a beautiful tiny home but the layout of the kitchen is nagging me about that corner that shows no access to the space in the kitchen. It makes no sense when storage spaces are at a premium. If the stove was a cabinet with lazy susan shelves, I’d feel better. There has to be an answer. The only thing that we don’t know yet is the possibility that access is from the outside for mechanical stuff or other maintenance things.

One of the cabinets in my kitchen is built this way. The shelves simply go back into the corner. Very inconvenient. I’m a minimalist and decided not to use those shelves anymore. I was tired of crawling on the floor to get into the back of the cabinet. Even though cabinets were at a premium in this house, eventually I got used to not bothering with that space. After awhile, I didn’t even miss it! And that is the way it has been over the years of doing away with so much unnecessary ‘stuff’. I easily live in a small house…..

Oh, no. Looks like a badly converted horse trailer.
Too many tiny houses look like trailer conversions of some sort. Not a good look.

I like the room it has. The wood siding is a plus for myself. M. Hellmans comment might be from rounded roof. Maybe peaked would take that away. A peaked roof would look nice. Thank you for sharing

WOW! Lots of rooms, but it would have been nice to have more light to see what’s built in it.

yes I agree. the roof makes it seem very dark. needs a sky light or more top windows.

Instantly, everybody in the office crowded around this one. “It’s different…” was the repeated comment, then we realized… a railroad Pullman coach from the 1940s. Nice job!

The price is outrageous! Most people that want a tiny home want out of a mortgage payment.

As a TH Builder,i think,Unlike Jodi, the price is about right. Its a 5th wheel and anyone contructing a TH knows its more complexed ,and more costly.Plus the cost of pull-outs,a nice feature.2/3rds through mine ,and know how much it costs.Although its 360 sq Ft inside excluding 2nd loft. Bottom line you want quality, all singing and dancing, you pay the price! This unit is nice.

That’s the hard thing — quality costs money, but we need quality builds 🙂 — Tiny House Talk Team
