That is stunningly beautiful! I would love to have a house like that. Unfortunately, I live in Michigan where it’s next to impossible to have a tiny house. By the way, I have that same stove. 😊

Well, some counties in northern Michigan are starting to change their ordinances to allow for smaller houses on foundations.

Briley Township, for example, calls them Economy Efficient Dwelling, which they describe as a dwelling that is more than 240 sq ft and less than 500 sq ft with a minimum side elevation of no less than 12 ft and no more than 20 ft, minimum length of 20 feet and a maximum length of 30 ft built to all Michigan building and sanitary codes and qualifies for a certificate of occupancy.

Additionally, it must be placed on a permanent approved foundation and they’re allowed in residential 2, forest rec, and agriculture areas.

They’re just still against anything movable but on foundations is starting to be allowed… While Michigan Is staying with 2015 IRC Until 2021, when they’ll adopt the 2021 update, Appendix Q, also known as the Tiny House Appendix that was introduced with the 2018 IRC update, is expected to be passed separately… It was expected to be passed early this year but I haven’t heard any updates since then… House Bill 2031, if you want to look it up…

This is beautiful! I love the color on the cabinets. The shelves for me would be unused by me since I am certain my cats would take those for their super highway. LOL I love how bright it is.

This is the best one I’ve seen. Hope to have land someday with a tiny house. Love everything about your design.
