It’s built onto a triple-axle trailer.

LOVELY and SPACIOUS tiny house with many windows, high ceilings and spacious lofts. There is a lot of storage space throughout the house that is great for organization.

Kitchen has full sized appliances (included in price) with large cooking area. Kitchen cabinets have multi-drawers and shelves, great for storing. There are hookups for a combined washer/ dryer underneath the stairs.

    I like the fact that the toilet is at the other end of the house from the kitchen and eating area but the placement of the of the aircon unit might still make things a bit whiffy at times. I also like the way the house is divided into separate areas it gives a good flow to the house.

      Actually, if you notice on the outside that the house is equipped with a Mini -Split that you can see the matching interior unit mounted above the entrance door in the main living space area.

      So they are likely only using that window unit for ventilation… Unless there isn’t 240v (30 amp) electrical connection available, in which case the window unit can be used while on 110v (15 amp) connection.

      While the toilet is a composting Separett, which that tube next to it into the wall is the direct vent exhaust. Meaning nothing to whiff, as everything is being vented…

      The arrangement is just not good for rising steam and would be better with a proper bathroom ceiling air vent but one can be installed. ERV’s are the best option but can be pricey…
