This is a 270-square-feet oversized stealth tiny house on wheels for sale in Palm Beach, Florida according to the listing on Tiny Home Builders, it’s available for $28,000 and it was built in 2018.

It measures 24-feet long and 8.5-feet wide. The kitchen features a 30-inch, 10-inch deep stainless steel sink, apartment-size refrigerator, stove-top oven, and lots of cabinets. The bathroom is located over the hitch of the trailer with a flush toilet, relatively large vanity, and a shower. There’s a comfortable looking couch in the living area, a 24-square-foot closet, and a loft with a queen-sized bed. I like it because it looks like a cargo trailer from the outside. What do you think?

It lacks windows. When not enough sunlight can come in, it is a bad idea to use dark materials. It just becomes depressing to live in.

Wow, dark floor and ladder? That’s it! And you say it becomes depressing to live in? I disagree, it is light inside. I’ve been in caravans with bigger windows that were darker than this and nowhere near as nice looking to boot.

I know a fair few contractors who would prefer this over a regular RV because it is so much like a studio apt.

It does look kind of like a loft studio apartment.

Does it run off grid or need to be hooked up? As in not just solar but water tanks also.

Very well done. It does not look like the inside of a manufactured rv. Normal size toilet and shower gives it the look of a conventional house. I like the color combination. To the person that was critical if the color. Do you find anything positive about the build. Or anything in life you ever say something positive about?
