The outside is finished with a faux stucco paint and trimmed with LP SmartSide trim. Inside, you’ll find beautiful custom cabinetry throughout. This tiny home was available for $65,000.

I’m sorry to say, but the bench thing does NOT look cozy and comfortable to me. The rest of it is pretty cool, though, and not, fortunately, overwhelmingly white! Your mileage may, of course, vary.

This has great storage, every spot utilized well. I would maybe make the loft extend further as to put upstair closet and drawers. but nice job!
I agree with Brenda when it comes to lounging arrangement.
Beside that I don’t like open storage areas. They are exposed to visitors, catching dust
and need to be empty when towing.
I don’t like sleeping loft with low headroom but lift up to ceiling bed.
This allows to reduce overall height and resolves unproportional look of width height ratio.
SIP construction is great for insulation, weight saving and labor cost.
However, asking price doesn’t reflect.
I was shocked to see the price on this one. I thought for sure it must be the SIPs. I figured since the the house is pretty sparse for design, those SIPs must be expensive. But there not huh…. where do they get off charging 65k. The couch does not look relaxing, there is no dining area that I can see, the shower is very basic, & I hope they add the toilet & fridge b4 the sale. Cost is definitely not reflected in the construction.
Obviously VERY nice finish work and attention to detail in this house, and some different and creative ideas for utilizing space in stairway, over the wheel wells, and in the closet. And, bear with me here, for those of you who don’t like every little thing about every house, fine, design and build your own house the way you want it! These houses are generously shared for us to get ideas about what to do, or not do, in our own homes—and to market them, of course. I got some great ideas from this home, as it has some very nice and original features. Thanks for sharing, Cornerstone folks!
