Looking the other way at the living room and bedroom.

Really nifty ceilings in this home! Something different.

Plenty of fridge and freezer space for one or two people.

Nice large windows behind the sectional sofa.

Open shelving, extra counter space and a desk area.

The hanging desk is super cool! Really like that idea.

Beautiful color on the cabinets. Wood countertops are classy.

The bedroom can fit a California King! Wow!

Good spot for a TV. If it’s on an arm you can watch in bed.

Store (and hide) hanging clothing right near the bedroom.

Lounge away in this sectional. Maybe add a coffee table?

Wow… I generally like the goosenecks because they offer the best compromise over a more conventional loft, and a good use of space. this is no exception. While I might quibble one or two of the decorative choices, this seems to be made with good quality materials, and the craftsmanship appears first rate. Very attractive, overall. I love the faux stone, and the redwood (cedar?) trim.

And the price seems extremely reasonable for what you get, particularly compared to so many of the offerings we see here. Bravo.

One thing I would almost certainly do, though, is swap out the electric on-demand water heater for a gas fired unit. Those things draw a hell of a lot of power – as much as half the total amperage available on a conventional 200 amp residential service for some models.

    Well, done, thank you!

A goose neck is always a better option when it comes to lengths above 20′. It allows plenty of headroom above the bed at the goose neck instead of the crawling spaces of a sleeping loft although I think 6’3″ is a bit overdone as the exterior design shows. The interior is very individual and it appears to me that it has been done for a musician.
Pricing is as Jaime stated very reasonable.
Great 5th wheeler and I’m sure its going to get a buyer quickly.
