I would think it was too much wood but the windows make it all look great. I would make the 2nd loft a bedroom also if there’s enough room. The kitchen is fabulous and I really like the bathroom sink it different and very nice. This is something different and very nice.

2nd loft would be a little tight for a bed. Mind the gabled roof limiting headroom and have to consider how you would get in and out without blocking the entrance or having something always be in front of one of the windows, but maybe a day bed/reading nook… maybe add a skylight there to really make it a nice cozy spot…

I have always loved this tiny house! Everything about it, especially the beautiful bathroom sink and the two skylights in the loft and all the wonderful wood. It’s a great house!

Just thought I would update my comment. Still love this house, but have changed my mind about skylights in tiny houses, maybe because I have now been in small spaces with skylights and felt the heat and not as much air flow as expected. I have since decided that larger end windows are best for air flow and cooling down the attic. Open end windows and end doors on a tiny house offers a great wind tunnel effect that really helps with ventilation and even cooling in a tiny house. Adding open windows on the sides will sometimes interfere with this wind tunnel effect.

Note, the second half of this part in the listing, “$49,900 OBO complete: $39,900 as is.” In other words it’s not yet fully complete. So it may be a detail that’s presently missing under the “as is”… But as long as it’s plumbed, it’s easy to install one…
