I’ve inquired about this place through the listing agent with Allied Realty. This place is a SUMMER place only. The road in does not get plowed in the winter. Also, if you’re thinking you might want to become a Snow-bird, you cannot come back anytime you feel like it. For one thing, you have to WAIT until the guy who owns the property turns on the WATER and SEPTIC! These houses all have holding tanks for your septic and the water is LAKE DRAWN, so you have to wait for them to turn it on. Taxes are high for something you can use only a short time out of the year. This is MAINE, so our summer season is very SHORT. This is not as idyllic as it seems.
