According to the listing, he is selling it because he is traveling abroad. The home offers 208-sq.-ft., 14k GVWR, 40-gallon holding water tank, on-demand hot water heater, wood burn heater, and it was built in 2018. Sounds like a good deal to me for a tiny house with plumbing, electrical, hot water heater, water tank, etc. Nice place, too, as far as materials. Nothing fancy but well-made and comfy. As good a price as you’re going to get unless you make one yourself.

Have you considered renting your tiny house for the time you will be gone.

A beautiful home at a fantastic price. Is it still for sale? I will be surprised if it is.
