The floor plan is good for a single person but a bit crowded for two. I prefer a bit more room around the bed to deal with the linen. I read the price is high but keep the floor plan and change the exterior, one may get the price down. Guess it depends on the builder and what the buyer is willing to pay.
Yes, it does usually depend on the builder and buyer’s budget but Tumbleweed prices are high for what they offer, it’s one of the reasons the company almost went out of business, along with other questionable business practices, before their new owner bought them out…
Usually best to just get one of their plans, modify it, and built it yourself or find another builder who will do it at a far more reasonable price and probably significantly improve the design…
