Whidbey Tiny Cottage from Tumbleweed

I’m so excited to show you this finished classic tiny cottage built using Tumbleweed Whidbey Tiny House Plans.

This home was featured in an article, interview and photo tour on At Home Arkansas titled, The Little House in Little Rock.

And I think you’ll enjoy looking at what you can really do with 557 sq. ft. in this post.

You also might like to know how and why Lyndsey (the homeowner) did it below.

430 Sq. ft. Boardwalk Modern Cabin called Casa Quebrada in Chile

In this post I’m showing you a 430 sq. ft. modern cabin in the woods of Chile.

And one of its most unique features is the built in nature boardwalk to get to and from it.

As you will see below it’s a very simple design with not much left other than:

  • Boardwalk.
  • Living area.
  • Kitchen.
  • Bathroom.
  • Bedroom.

And all of it is combined into a relatively open space with lots of the nature and outside light coming in.

Tiny Stone Cottage in France

In this post I’m showing you this fantastic tiny stone cottage in the country side in France.

If you live the busy life in a city there’s nothing like escaping for a little while to the country, park, trail, forest, nature, or oceanside to get some rest and relaxation.

And that’s exactly what this family uses their 17th century cottage in France for.

I think you’ll really enjoy the rest of it so check it out below:

Park Model Tiny Cottage with Rooftop Terrace

Earlier I showed you a similar park model tiny cottage to this one.

This is a neighboring cabin in the same tiny cottage community.

As I’ve said time and time again if you like the idea of simple living…

But you don’t like going as extreme as 200 sq. ft. or less…

Then you may want to consider a home like the one you’re seeing here.

The Townsend Tiny Cabin

The Townsend is a park model cottage at Wildwood Resort on Lake Whatcom.

In another post.

Where I showed you the tiny cottages there.

And all of the amenities they have.

But if we’re talking about design..

And living simply and comfortably long-term.

Then you might just need a little bit more space (a Park Model)…

So I thought something like this might be what some of you looking for instead of tiny.

Townsend Park Model Cottage

It has an upstairs balcony/rooftop terrace, fireplace, deck, water views, and more, check it out and I’d love to read your thoughts in the comments below on park models versus tiny:
