    The loft looks too tight for sleeping, but you could use it for storage.

    Does anyone know if this is still for sale. The date on this story was from Oct 2020.
    I know this is the worse time for Buyers to buy due to inflation, and it is a sellers market. Which means to me that buyers are getting into bidding wars and driving the prices to outrageous heights. I can’t afford that, I Dont know who could?
    Anyway just wanting to know, my dreams are to move to that area and build a Cobb House. I want to complete it before I get to old to do it. Sandpoint, Idaho is about the prettiest place in the U.S. to me. Ok thanks for reading. Stay Safe

      The link to Tiny Home Builders website is the listing site, so when it shows expired then it’s no longer for sale…

      But you can search that site or others, like Tiny House Listings, to see if something similar is for sale…
