The heat source is awfully close to the refrigerator. The land around is beautiful.

for sale for $225,000. this hose which I think has a shower in the kitchen???? there is a car port some distance away plus another 10 by 20 building with a stove pipe/flue about 15-20 feet away from building 1. I do not understand the constraints that led to the size and placements of these structures. If they are permanent structures meant for year around living, and IF they have utilities , then why not place the structures end to side and have a really spacious 400 sq ft house that is designed for both beauty and function. I am left with the idea that they are lacking utilities. The zoning does not allow for what they have done. The sleeping loft is too shallow for me. I would feel like I was in a tiny coffin. Is there a toilet to go with the shower? The site has possibilities, but the layout of the structures is odd to me.

recetly there was another cottage for sale in the same area that was twice the size at over 700sq ft, well built for 4 season living, listed for $169,000. Buyers beware.

It is apparent that not all tiny houses or structures are a good deal. And yes, let the buyer beware. Always, always do your own due diligence. In a fast market, it is best to choose an area, do research on pricing, restrictions/zoning, and the general neighborhood. That way, when the right property comes along, you will be able to act quickly.

When it sold in 2007 it was way overpriced then. Zillow estimate $104K and they’re asking $225K. They are truly trying to find a fool with money.

I agree, al. Overpriced – and not at all attractive. Something is amiss.

The owner paid 127,000 for this teeny tiny shack only a year ago. They are crazy to be asking this price. Wow
