WOW!!! Oh wow. Love it. Clean clean lines, Nice and neat. And if it were on an 18 ft trailer you could even have a washer/dryer combo like we use in France/Sweden. That home is worth $36K!!!! Am so loving it!!

Yes, I absolute agree with Beth!!! Love it & the only thing I would change is the fact that it is “on the grid”-if it were off the grid, I’d probably make an offer! It’s gorgeous with form & function. Love the green door (& I usually prefer double “French” doors), too!! 🙂 Very cool.

Oh. My. Gosh… at first glance of that 1st picture… I thought the cabin was on fire… LOL

Interesting design though. Certainly different from most Tiny House design concepts… especially using a straight box design, instead of the peaked roof. But trade off I suppose would be the extra wind resistance when shifting from one location to another. Not a biggie I suppose if that only happens once a year or less.

Love it! Honestly, there are only three things that keep me from purchasing a tiny home… tornadoes, difficulty in finding a LEGAL place to park it, and the fact that tiny home parks have outrageous lot rents.

I really like so many things about this one. The biggest being a kitchen I could actually cook in. Many tiny houses I see have kitchens that I just couldn’t function in, but of course, they weren’t built for me :). And it has an exhaust hood! I’ve lived in houses with and without a hood, and it does make a difference in how much oily/sticky residue lands in various parts of the house. I like how “finished” the whole thing looks and that bathroom door with the translucent panel. Alas, I can’t do lofts as my knees are unreliable. However, that’s my problem, and for others this would be great. I am a little confused by the panel behind the sofa. On the outside, I see a small panel up high and I assume the inside panel is a decorative cover for that but why so long? Oh well, life is full of mysteries and discoveries, luckily for us. Lovely job to the designers/builders, you’ve given me some things to consider!

the exterior makes me think of 50s/60s art deco style diners.

I like the visual block of the stove & the refrigerator w/the wood panels, though I would not put a wood panel that close to a gas range. Maybe shield it on that side w/stainless steel? Wish there were more photos.

I would love the plans for this tiny house. Is there any information available about the designer/builder? The CL link is dead. This would be perfect for me.

Who can build one for me?

So much for being affordable to those needing to live humbly as one commenter put it…they are nice looking, but I’m afraid it is more of a staged “house”…these are basically mini mobile homes. I do see the same safety issue with the back panelling behind the stove…Kudos to those who can make it work, but not practical for us…

Very nice, some people need this ,that ,and the other. Its all personal choice.Plus budget. Personally building TH,and the tough part is deciding ,do i make it off grid. Park Model,or both. A lot of people do not understand the cost differential.Solar panel system, can be as much as $10,000. Washer /dryer can cost from $900,to several thousand.Frige from 200 to 1800.Insulation depending were you live, another factor.LED lighting, expensive .Low running cost. Heating the same. Then sewage or composting ? I see an awful lot of people saying they built there TH for $10,000.Thats BS. Trailer New 25ft capable of ,say 10 Tons. $15000 to start with. Were people are getting these costs ,i don’t know?Unless they are dumpster diving.Just being realistic.

Seeing it was 200 sf, I just had to check this out as I couldn’t live in anything much smaller…yet when I look at it from the outside, it looks or appears to be very small in comparison to tiny homes with less square footage.

This house is larger than I’m usually interested in, but I love it!
I’m commenting well after this was posted but I’m curious if there is a floor plan of it somewhere out there?
If so I might be able to make it slightly smaller.
    Thanks!

Glad you like it, Kevin, unfortunately I don’t have a floor plan to share but one might be able to sketch it out if you’re really really interested in building something similar to it.

Wow! This is probably long gone (at least I hope someone scooped it up), but I just want to commend the builder/designer on their beautiful job. The whole design of the entry – color of door alongside the brown accents – is stunning. The variety and placement of windows…, all wonderful. Very artful home and clarifies for me that a TH can be 200-odd sf and still replenish one’s soul. The details I would alter are tiny and do-able. Thanks for sharing.
