Janet has been living in her tiny house on wheels, built by Cornerstone Tiny Homes in Longwood, Florida, for 3 years. The home is RVIA certified and she’s now selling it for $40,000.
She’s used a great Murphy bed on the first floor while living there, but there’s also a loft as well. It has beautiful dual-colored wooden countertops, as well as a luxurious bathroom with a flush toilet and walk-in tiled shower with a built-in seat. Very nice. Even if you use it for a regular living room having the murphy bed is great for guests. And that bathroom 😍 I don’t know what I like most the sink and shower are both fantastic! They didn’t show the loft and that would be a big consideration if you were going to buy it. But what they do show is well worth it
Didn’t see a/c or heating unit. Is there one. I live in Florida and you need a/c.

7th photo down, look at the top left corner for area above window on fridge side, near loft level… Can just make out the corner of the Mini-Split…
How in the world do you get up in the loft?!!
