I LOVE the simplicity of it. If I was single or if it was just my husband and I, ABSOLUTELY. 😊

The fact that it is 20 feet and has a non loft bedroom does NOT make this unique. Plenty of others have this length and main floor bedroom.

But… that aside… I like that they’ve saved space with the toilet by angling it a bit so goes backwards towards the corner. Therefore knees not knocking out of the toilet space. Don’t recall seeing that done before. I like that!

The rest of the house? Nothing special there, sigh, if I had everything that I liked in a tiny house… well it wouldn’t be a tiny house. As I’m fond of saying BBDDSSS!

Not that impressed especially for 50grand! I like the dining area, but wheres the fridge? Would it go next to cook top across from bathroom maybe? They should’ve put one in even a mini fridge is better than nothing. Everyone needs a fridge. And no living space! Whats gives? Just a tiny ground floor bedroom thats barely big enough for double, possibly a queen bed. At this price point there should be some sort of stand out fixtures, materials, or inventive design. This THOW is very boring to me. & the price just blows me away.

Bantam Built Homes was formerly known as Titan Tiny Homes, they had to change their name because it conflicted with another manufacturer that had the rights to the name “Titan” that they previously didn’t know about…

So these are houses that are primarily steel framed or made with MIPs. Meaning the usual selling point for most of their models is how they’re built with some that can withstand up to over 200 MPH winds and over a 9.0 earthquake, have very high insulation value, and they’re still light enough to easily tow… Basically a low maintenance home that’ll likely last over 60 years…

They do make more budget friendly wood framed homes, though…

While they’re a custom builder, so if anything seems lacking it’s usually because that’s how the client ordered it or it’s hidden and something like a fridge can look just like any other cabinet or drawer or it’s something the owner decided to add themselves to save on cost…

I’ve seen examples of each from this company… Though, I generally agree that their layouts could often be better but that’s one of the reasons you would go to a different builder because they specialize in something different that you may care more about…

Some builders focus on the quality of construction, some on how they look, yet others on what they’re made of, some focus on alternative lifestyles, etc.

@Heather, if you check out this article, https://tinyhousetalk.com/20ft-everest-tiny-house-with-first-floor-bedroom/, it’s the same house. The video shows a 4 cu. ft. under counter fridge to the left of the sink.

Thanks Dick the video helps get a better perspective. Love that the table folds down into a bed. Still not loving the price. Then again now knowing they’re hurricane proof. That explains the price, understandable. I see why some people would like them.

There is a frig. Look at the picture and you will see a Half-moon white handle. That is the frig.

This is nice. Love it. No. I won’t order from Amazon. I don’t buy nothing from Amazon. This is beautiful.

Would not want to buy TH on amazon, as some others here mentioned, not enough flexibility. Have to say this is a nice basic home. The good people on this site have listed the link to the builder directly, where one could work w/ them for the right home. What excites me about this one, is it’s functional, it is midrange on price and RIVA certified-so no worries about the corners breaking apart in mid-nowhere and allows for more parking options.

This tiny home is nice enough. As has been noted above, there seems to be no refrigerator, and it’s hard to tell if there is any living space. That’s where a video is often better than just pictures. For that price, there should be at least a combo washer/dryer, too, or at least room for one. The poster seems to be asking viewers for their feelings and ideas. I would probably order direct, even though I am an Amazon Prime member and order other things through them, this is a major, major purchase, so I would buy direct. Since you mentioned it, and provided a link, I think the Vista Boho would be more what I’m looking for. Michael Clark, shame on you! As another poster mentioned, the company had to change their name because someone else had prior rights to it. This is not a channel where you can come on, bash someone, and then advertise another company. How chintzy is that? I would not trust anything you have to say just because of that.

Looks like an under-counter fridge next to the sink to me.

the thing, to me, about buying on Amazon, is you can put most, if not all, of the cost on credit cards. I know, just cuz you CAN, doesn’t mean you SHOULD…but now you CAN

Nope! A closet with a bed crammed in it isn’t my cup of tea.

I love this floor plan! It has everything you need. I think the bed is a queen? If it is I would switch it out for a full size bed which is what my husband and I prefer and more floor room.
