    Can someone explain “camp bathroom?” I see the toilet, but the size of the bathroom looks like it might include a shower.

    Love this. Great price. Fix up potential. Roof looks solid. Wonder how sound the foundation(footings) is. Obviously a dry cabin. Taxes are dirt cheap. Definitely getting cold weather and lots of snow. Could get snowed in frequently. Middle of nowhere it seems. Really cool spot for get always or potential year round.

    Nice price; good getaway; but that area is for sure a get away to no mans land. Really remote. Know the area well.
