As someone who lives just down the road a spell, this is ridiculously overpriced. While I applaud the simiplicity of this place I can tell you that cooking outside in the summer wont be fun. For the same money you could get a place with indoor plumbing.

If you use it as an AirBNB then it’s usually more important where it is located because it’s primarily a business and it’s really providing convenient access to something like a popular tourist area…

A BNB, stands for Bed and Breakfast, so it can be as basic as a bed and serving breakfast service and would be similar to purchasing a hotel/motel/inn…

For $129,000.00 I could find a Tiny house, get a truck to pull it , and be happy I’m not in a plywood built place in the middle of the desert.

Not fond of the outhouse or outdoor kitchen. I live in high desert. Sequoia National Forest. It is interesting looking though. Joshua Tree isn’t to far from me. Love going there. I believe it is hotter up here. Acreage is a huge plus. A lot can be done or redone. Hubby is a contractor. Seen places that I said yuck. After redone. Is amazing. This isn’t as ugly as some think. It is the desert. I would just redo the outside and make the main part bigger. Not hard to do.
