The Calico Home is designed to grow. Built as an efficiency unit, this 160 square foot home was created to inspire a new generation of homeowners to think small (and in stages). Due to its stature and mobile features, the home is designed to scale from one to three units based on the owners needs.

    looks to cold and sterile.to each is own I guess.

      It’s just their show model, and the company is promoting the ideal of minimalism and affordability, but interior is modular… So it’s customizable and of course can be decorated as well… Along with the option to combine up to three units together for scalability and different layout options…
