Wow! This is horrible. It looks absolutely horrible. The water damage stains make it look filthy. Is that galvanized tub supposed to be for bathing? Not a dream, well, a nightmare maybe.

No, just poor pictures… That’s plywood on the walls… and obviously, someone had a child there. Note the tub is too small for an adult and it has those magnetic letters on it, opposite from a crib and there’s a small teddy bear on the floor, etc.

Haha, i agree…and yes i do believe thats a bathtub, why not, the compost toilet is in the kitchen!
And who wants an old steel mop bucket for a sink…oh, its a custom italian risotto pot. This remodel needs a gut job..

Actually, it was originally a gut job. It was completely gutted to the metal frame and trailer chassis. Frame welded in any questionable spots, grinded, and painted. Then put in new Subfloor, Double paned Reflectix insulation in walls, ROXUL insulation under floor. Put in new plumbing, rewired electrical as needed, installed Pergo flooring, Butcher Block Counter top… The sink is a Custom Italian Risotto pot (that’s not a mop bucket)…

But the photos are from when they were still planning on living in it but it’ll be completely cleaned out before it sells. Though, the reno was also not complete, still some repairs on the exterior needed but someone can easily modify it without needing to completely gut it again…

Ok…..it looks like a dump, but clear away all the stuff in the photos, and if the shell is in good condition, with $3-5k it could be made awesome. It’s obviously a fixer upper.
