This would have been a nice THOW to look at if there were more pictures. I know what the toilet looks like and the sink, and a little about where the lofts are but that is about it.

I agree with you. Not many pictures of the space. I would like to see kitchen.

Nice house, don’t care too much for the roof top terrace, And the white paint inside is again overwhelming, so much I feel I’m looking at a 1950’s hospital ward….!

Maybe that is where you click your heels and say, there’s no place like home.

Hi-I want one! I am disabled and have less than negative $20.00 income from SSDI! LOL Kidding!
What is a number I can call to learn more about how to get a mortgage or a loan on, and the in’s +out’s of these?
Mine is 980 5585 7870 But if I don’t know ya? There’s a phone scheme happening right now that if you call the number back and it’s a crook, they have your device # and can use a cloning device to steal your # and use on a throw away! So If you tell me it is you? and if the screen # is okay? I’ll call ya back!
    Sound fair?
    Thanks a kabillion!,
    Shawn! 🙂

I have to agree with some of the other comments. I would have enjoyed seeing more pictures of the tiny home. What I saw were really nice, I would have liked to have seen how you got up to the roof top deck, do you access it from outside or can you go through one of the storage lofts? What about showing what the other side of the tiny home consisted of. How did you use your storage area etc. Thank you for the tour. Carol???

Danger! Danger Will Robinson! If this is the same house as seen on this episode of the show Tiny House, Big Living
    https://youtu.be/tntxiSuicUw
built by Graham Wales. Then think twice about buying it without having a professional inspector check it out, especially the electrical, to make sure all the previous problems have been fixed.
The original owner had the builder take it back there were so many problems.

Frankly I am surprised the owner of this site would have featured this house. It looks pretty in many ways. originally it had a wash/dry combo over an eating nook, the rooftop deck looked adorable. But underneath it all it was a mess. Too bad.

God, what a terrible story! That show’s producers should be ashamed of themselves. That house is a dump! Everyone here should read the true story behind that house. You won’t want it after that!

      • August 8, 2016, 12:13 am

Hi Sparrow! The show actually had nothing to do with the actual build or the house. They were merely there to document the process and all of the issues started showing up after the house was delivered (and the show had wrapped). The producers actually did a great job! But thank you guys for sharing my blog post and advising the other readers before I had a chance to get here! 🙂

Thank you SC for posting a warning and sharing my blog post… that is indeed my former house. I just became aware that the listing was out there, so we are working on having that taken care of right now!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this rooftop patio souch that I have included it in some of my designs. In my rooftop patio I have also included holes for struts which will hold up items such as umbrellas, a clothes drying structure , a fodable café-style table and chair, etc. In the THOW pictured, I would guess that the rooftop patio is accessible via that window in the loft bedroom. In one of my designs, the rooftop will be accessible in two ways: first via an exterior ladder affixed to the side, and on the interior with steps that pull out and access the door in the roof as well as a small dumb-waiter to transport items to the roof (as I don’t want to climb holding ANYTHING, lol!)
