144 Sq. Ft. Tennessee Tiny Home For Sale

This post contains affiliate links.

Right now I wanted to share this 144 sq. ft. Tennessee Tiny Home for sale with you because it’s such a great deal.

It’s an 8×18 tiny house on wheels, named Tiny Whitey, built by Joe Everson and his team at Tennessee Tiny Homes and Tiny Happy Homes.

When you go inside there are two lofts, a bathroom with full shower, composting toilet, kitchen with refrigerator, 2-burner stove, sink, living area with futon, shelving, storage, and more. There’s also a built in covered porch outside. If you ask me, I’d say this is a steal of a deal for a done-for-you tiny home on wheels with an asking price of only $22,500.

I assume this is located in Tennessee? Also, is there financing available?

    @ Sandra,
Maybe the owner could bring her/his own Nu-wave oven and cook top or something similar? Tuck away when not in use to help keep clutter-free.

The description above plainly says “two-burner stove.” Nobody reads anymore, they just look at the pictures 🙂 but it was sweet of you to try to help them.

Love the front porch built-in seating! Instead of just a decorative bar across the back of the kitchen, a wall of shelves would be more practical. Really nice job; open, light, airy plus all you need in a tiny house.

There is no room for an entire wall of shelving. Look again. The cabinets run to the wall. If you put shelves all the way down, you couldn’t open the end cabinet door. The only way to add more would be to put staggered-sized shelves from the left. But you could work in a couple more at the top, for your Fiesta Ware bowls :-). With this being a model home (?), customizing it would be up to you.

You could have wall shelving from where the current cross bar is all the way up to the ceiling. If they are divided spaces with doweling to hold items in place when under weigh would go a long way to making this space more livable. There are certain needs that have to be met and storage for canned goods and dishware are basics. If critical elements are left to customization, buyers are most likely to go elsewhere.

Haven’t seen anyone on here yet afraid of customization. Yes, a lot of people can’t think for themselves and want everything done for them when purchasing a house, but I like to think the TH people are a more creative, problem-solving bunch. Haven’t seen a house on here that someone didn’t want to tweak. Just like we did. Okay, someone call me inflammatory and get it over with. Good morning to all.

What is on the wall on the left side of the kitchen?

As usual, Joe has done a unique job of designing his tiny house from the black trim on the outside to the adorable potty on the inside. I like the back wall with space for hanging special pictures and memorabilia. Its important to me to be able to see my family pictures when l walk in the door. I like the porch and I love the builtin cabinets on each side of the front door. Great job! Beautiful tiny house!

Gail Scriver…..I believe the left side of the kitchen has to be where the shower/bathroom is located. I don’t see where else it could hide….hehe

I like the front porch design. Appears to have a small seat area or place for potted plants. Each person has their opinion on the inter as to what works or needs changing/adding. The photo of the loft makes the ceiling look like it is sagging inward creating a more claustrophobic feel. I personally like the dormer or rounded ceiling to reduce head bumps. Sawdust toilets are not for me. There are other eco friendly composting toilets that look more like the traditional toilet that would easily fit in the same space. Wish I had the financing as this design is similar to many I have liked in the past.
