On one end there’s a large bench and sink area.

Skylights let in beautiful natural light.

You could add a mini-fridge and hotplate for a compact kitchen.

Description:

A charming studio to call your own. This custom and lovingly-designed building was used as a pottery studio, but its peaceful and homey vibe makes it perfect for just about anything—yoga, writing, art, an office, even a guest house (if you add a few amenities). Flooded with light and fully insulated, it measures 12’ x 20’ and features a metal roof, ThermoSoft radiant heating under ceramic tile flooring, a 200-amp electric panel, multiple sockets (including a 6-50 NEMA receptacle for a kiln), double-hung windows, ‘garden hose’ plumbing and sink, French doors, two exterior light sconces, two sky lights, a chandelier, an AC cutout, and a storage loft. Price does not include transportation; you will have to arrange for transportation to your property.

At 12 ft wide, is this road transportable?

Yes, it would just require an oversize/overweight permit and perhaps some other requirements depending on areas it will be traveling through and will likely need route approval… Though, local requirements can be different and depending on local rules, like if it’s farmland, etc. there may be no requirement if you’re just moving it to a nearby lot… While always keep in mind any obstacles along the route, like low bridges, tree branches, etc. and budget as the further it’s moved then the more it will cost to move…
