well it needs a shower and toilet installed. not a fan of compose toilets or outdoor showers. If it had these things inside I would consider buying this. Like Patty Yoder I am 63 and retired and I live in Florida.
I think it may have an outdoor shower setup. You could build a nice fence around it for privacy along with bushes/palms/etc. Just a thought!
Or, if you got a permanent location to put it then consider adding an addition and just attach a more conventional bathroom to it. Like some people do with yurts, etc.
There’s companies that even sell modular, drop it in anywhere, bathrooms if building is not a option…
