Unless I have floor plans which I can see, the houses mean nothi.g to me. Seeing deficit

Susan, in this case I would agree with you. Maybe because it is hexagonal it really is difficult to visualise the whole and a floor plan would definitely help.

Nice combination of modern and rustic. FYI, the total square footage is 1008. It’s in the title of the article. I liike the breakfast (snack) bar in the kitchen and wraparound deck. The high-end materials, fixtures and finishes throughout the house, including the backsplash, should last for a long time. The only issues I might have would be appliance color and sliding glass doors over the bathtub, instead of a curtain.

What is the total sq. feet.
    Thank you.

I understand you’ve placed it in the “small” header, I read your newsletter for TINY homes… this is larger than my home… Eric, I think your response to Tanya was terrible!

    • Avatar Eric August 22, 2018, 9:29 pm

Really? It was terrible? Why… the what didya fall over comment? If so, it was a joke… as in how didn’t I see that before.

Some people get so offended for other people. Now if Tanya had said that I might have taken the time to explain that to her… but I feel she just might have actually got the humour…
