10′ Wide Tiny House on Wheels by Timber Wolf Homes

This is a 26′ x 10′ west coast classic. This house is downsizing without compromising. With 260 square ft downstairs and 100 square ft upstairs, this house is very livable. With a beautiful design and a well crafted structure with close attention to detail, this home is pushing the tiny home movement to the next level.

At this point the exterior is 100% done, gas, electrical and plumbing are roughed in, and the home can be sold as a shell to be finished by the clients or we are happy to finish the house to suite the clients’ needs.

We have a 3D model of the interior and exterior along with a complete design with appliances selected and ready to go. If you want your own design, we are flexible and happy to accommodate. $50K as is, or $90 – $100K finished depending on trim styles and appliance selection.

Couldn’t figure out why the diagram shows a winding staircase and then shows a ladder tucked into a corner in one of the photos above the ladder. Then discovered the photo was lying on its side so had to twist my head and got all confused because the diagram infers a lot of storage off the loft when in fact very little would actually exist once the flooring is installed. Hum… That got me to thinking that there might be some other particularities such as how to access the front loft, if there is one. Couldn’t tell one way or another.

I know, they said at the beginning that if it was completed by them it would cost upwards to $100K yet, it would be nice to see some photos of a completed unit just to get ideas whether it would be what I would want or to make mods in my design.. The reason being is where the stair case would be would end up being where the roof slant being closer to the floor of the loft than on the opposite side. Personally, I’m not into slithering from the steps to the bedding area nor to the small storage area, which is actually on the opposite side of the bed in the diagram.

    Just a few thoughts.

Hi Bob — because this is an older post, you might be able to contact the builders and see if they have examples of a finished build now 🙂

Hey Bob, I just saved in a new tab and the picture was the right way around. So maybe pic on it’s side is a glitch with the tinyhousetalk website. Then again, maybe not and it’s just gremlins playing mindgames on us… ; )

Saw this before but it’s worth being reminded of. Really a gorgeous little place (the shell at least). Thx.
I would be interested in plans for this shell if any are available.

Just wondering if there is a set price for moving a THOW that is over 8’6″?
