Nice! Nice house and nice video. The video is a nice balance of showing the house, showing your personalization, and sharing the pluses and changes that would make the house more useful and efficient.

Did mean to use nice so many times. I blame it on the fact I just woke up and didn’t yet have all my words available.

I really love this house and think it would be great for me. I noticed when I look at tiny houses, the closer they get to 300 sq. feet, the more I can imagine living in it. 400 would be great for me, especially with all that available outdoor space.

I love the kitchen and the outside surroundings. I could live in this house for the rest of my days. Beautifully done…

First of all I have to say thank you to Josh, Kalie, & Scout for sharing their video. Their home is just beautiful and so organized! When you enter their yard their landscaping & home is just so inviting. It’s nice that it is not only kid friendly but great for their dog Olive. I just love their kitchen especially the white cabinets and the glass panes. I love your granite counters and it’s nice to be able to have full size appliances in your kitchen. For a tiny home it seems like they have a lot of room to have a little play area for their daughter. Thanks for sharing your video, really enjoyed it!

I have a suggestion for the bath/pedestal sink/lack or bathroom storage conundrum: an étagère over the toilet. An enclosed side would hide the laundry on one side, and the space above the toilet would hold plenty of bath supplies…and the occasional
    Baby Bath toy?

excellent video. also the house is very well organized and attractive. This couple is showing financial wisdom. San Diego is very high priced for all housing. They sacrificed square footage for affordability. When the child is older perhaps they can add a tiny bedroom for her, instead of moving.

I do think the baby has too many toys, especially since she is so young.

Wonder how they will handle life when the daughter gets too big for the small crib??

Beautiful beautiful home. Everything you need and none of what you don’t. How perfect is that!

Excellent video! They say it’s all about location & you seem to have picked a great spot. It was nice to see the outside area for enjoying the beautiful view, yet safe for the baby & pet. That really expands the livable space. Easy to imagine the floor plan & wondering if you designed the space & what costs were & estimated value for comparison to other locations. Thanks for sharing. A lovely family & a very nice home.

Five stars and two thumbs up! I love how tasteful and elegant as well as useful all of your designs and decorating are! Did I miss the washer and dryer? I bet it is in the master bedroom closet but I didn’t remember hearing about it. Not only a beautiful house but a beautiful family, great job and thanks for sharing💕

Beautiful cottage with a lovely porch and yard. Great kitchen. Really like the glass fronted upper cabinets. Nice bathroom, too. I would probably have a cabinet sink for storage, but the pedestal sink is pretty. The young mother is a genius at organization. This would also be a nice plan for a Senior Citizen. No lofts, no ladders, big shower could hold a shower bench. Really liked this house.

Yes I always prefer a storage sink. Our new flat has a pedestal and it’s just not as practical in a tiny space.
