This is the story behind the Wazyless Tiny Home on Wheels by Hardy and Terry Evans in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

It started with their Wayzalot Tiny Home. Sadly, they got in a highway accident and it got completely totaled. Fortunately, nobody was hurt.

But this didn’t stop the couple from building their next tiny. See how it all unfolded below!

It broke my heart to see what happened to the Weighmore house. Losing both your home and mode of transportation at the same time must be devastating. But watching the spirit these people have in not letting it get them down is inspirational. I admit I love the weighmore because it had a livingroom area but I can see how the weighless meets more of their needs. Both are great houses and as an oldie my self it’s gives me hope that you’re never too old to do what you want to do in life.

Hello, My husband are getting ready to covert our fifth wheel into a tiny house. We lived fulltime in the rv for 4 years loved it, but soon realized that we needed a better insulated home. Our question is did you find an insurance company that would insure you? Did you have insurance when you were in the accident? If so can you share the information?
    Thankyou

There is at least 1 insurance company that will cover your Tiny Home. As I recall it is affiliated in some way to the Recreational Vehicle industry. So tiny home’s have become a sideline to the fiberglass behemoths that you see on the road.

It was in one of the posts fairly recently… 2015/16?

I wish there were more interior pictures to get a better feel for that space. The exterior is exquisite; I totally love it. Everything from the stained glass to the shape to the artistic use of shakes to the touch-of-vardo bump-out window; just everything. The whole thing says wonderful, homey and inviting. I bet if they wanted to make and sell these no one would complain…. 😉 Great job!!!

PS: I’m totally loving the dog bed under the kitchen counter. I’m snagging this idea for my THOW and little pooch (genius!)

Great storage space. What I don’t get is why are there 2 sinks on the kitchen counter? 1 for the bathroom?

Hi, I want to get a tiny house that is 400sq ft. I would like a bedroom on the first floor with a pocket door for privacy with drawers for storage and closets for clothes. I want a setting area to watch TV, a kitchen with a full size oven and refrigerator. I do not want a dishwasher but I want a washer, dryer combo or stackable. I want a bathroom with a regular toilet, walked shower and sink with medicine cabinet and shelves for towels and other things. I want stairs to go up to a loft large enough for a queen size bed,sky light and drawers for clothes and a closet. Wood flooring throughout home. Also in kitchen I want a deep sink, marble counter space and room for table and chairs for three. I would like a front porch where theres room for two chairs and a wrap around porch. I would need a place for a cat litter box that is not in the way in the bathroom and a place some where for my computer. I live in Clearwater Fl but would like to g0 in Orlando’s tiny house community. We will be using a government loan for payment. I seen this house on a network I think was GHT. This is my dream house. Oh lots of lighting and outlets. Can this be done? If so for how much money. Please help me to get this home if it could be all wood made that would be great.
    Thank You, Mary
