Beautiful Tiny House, I really love the lay out…! But I’m afraid to ask how much it costs…! It’s always great till you get to the price… LoL….!

I had to go back and forth between the information at the AirBnB listing and the Mitchcraft Homes website to try to estimate the price. My *guess* (just a guess) is that this is a 8′ x 24′ model. Mitchcraft offers the house in various levels of finishing, but the full turnkey version is $55,000.

Nice, looks like trees have been maybe burnt, so no worry of forest fire. Like the interior. Wood just catches my eye, when done right. Thank you for sharing

I agree, when done right. Which is of course subjective.

I’ve seen some homes which are literally horrendous, and others works of a genius. All depends on how the work is designed and how it is implemented.

That’s a pretty place and nice house. I could live there, like it much better than the land I’m looking at now. Bringin back the 70s with those green cupboards! Not a bad thing as long as there’s no mushroom print wallpaper involved.

Tiny houses when built on a trailer chassis are uncomfortably narrow which makes them somewhat uncomfortable. Building a tiny house on a slab or piers and wider is substantially
more comfortable. At kwickset.net/tinyhouses.html you can see some samples of more comfortable tiny house plans as well small home DIY kits. With those kits, from 385 ft² to 624 ft², you can build your own tiny home with a small budget. These DIY kits have been designed by incorporating traditional carpentry techniques and are pre-cut so you don’t have to measure,
cut or drill anything and a set of tools is included as well as a pictorial assembly manual.

Klaus… thanks for the commercial! But, no thanks, those look too much like a barn or Quonset hut.

Really nice! Clean lines, beautiful wood, lots of space. . .and the house is nice, too! Lol! Just kidding 🙂 This is an exceptionally well planned design with beautiful finishes and nice touches throughout. I love the wood in the ceiling, and I love the way the bathroom is designed. There is lots and lots of storage, and the views are beautiful. Well done!
