The open concept is good for someone wanting to finish the design or have their ideas finished for them.
This model is not for me. The windows may be energy efficient but I dread the loss of heat in the winter and the lack of privacy–not to mention the lack of wall space for decorating or storage use. The starting base price alone could buy me a completed and furnished alternate model more to my liking.

It could be ideal for those wanting a mobile office, or something they can run a business from… Like the video mentions, UNTUCKit is using one of their previous Vista models for a mobile tour of their products… So can be a like a mobile showroom…

Say, you’re traveling in a motorhome… Many of them can tow this easily… So can use it as your work space while living in the motorhome and traveling, as one possible scenario…

The price is probably in part because of the windows… Large well insulated windows can cost thousands each… Like you can pay over $7000 just for a bi-fold window for your kitchen… Mind, this usually includes tempered glass, etc. So they’re also very durable…

Though, it would have been nice if the base price included built in blinds between the window panes…
