Try It Tiny: Rent Tiny Homes and Land On This New Site!

This post contains affiliate links.

Last week we shared Tiny House Finder with you, but today we want to share Try It Tiny, a new website specially designed for those wanting to rent a tiny house or land to put one on!

The site allows “Hosts” to sign up and share the tiny house they have for rent, or land they are willing to share with a tiny home. “Guests” can then rent the home or land after creating an account.

Unlike most Airbnb tiny houses for rent, those on Try It Tiny can be long-term rentals (although you only rent for 90 days at a time, and renew every 3 months).

This is a resource I think we’ve all been waiting for! Check out one of the homes for rent below.

What we have all been waiting for no less but we need them all over the world, I’m in the UK and TH are all but extinct! Due primarily to rubbish zoning laws preventing the erecting of said properties even with a rapidly rising homeless community, with fast acting welfare reforms biting hard to the extent that 1000’s of innocent tenants are being evicted and this could so easily be the answer to a lot of prayers.
1/ To swiftly and cheaply house homeless
2/ Northern Scotland has severe housing shortages in its many really rural and small island communities where TH would allow the so badly needed incoming workers who are prevented from doing so as there is NO affordable housing, thus even Drs & Nurses are in minuscule supply.
3/ In the same smaller areas it would give much needed contracts.
4/ in many areas all over rural UK it’s much the same problems why can’t our Gov see this and relax the zoning/planning laws preventing such badly need properties being erecting.

I’m no local advocate, but I’m also not blind, I know many local NW Drs surgeries desperate for FT Drs that can’t even get locums its a truly balmy situation, so please please please keep this obviously seen so as it becomes a massive success which it ultimately will be so the likes of both the UK & Scotland’s devolved Govs so as they might change their minds for the better for all in the UK

I know I would be first in the que to get one, as I have been looking for a similar type of rural property for many years now with no success and it’s not from a lack of trying
