Not gonna lie here, I love everything about this house ! I’d prefer no steps inside the house but hey it sure is beautiful ! Love the safety screen on the ladder too ! Wow Wow Wow that very back room behind the office/dining area would be fab for clothes too !

A REAL sofa!!! Ahhh… my heart’s desire. A real sofa makes for a COMFORTALE home. A SPIRAL staircase is the smallest staircase possible so I’d do that to save space. Also, I would NEVER put a piece of crap wooden box on the end of the house when you could just as easily extend the length of the ENTIRE house to enclose the electronics, water heater etc. You could put all the utilities in ONE side of that area, opening from the outside, and on the other side of that area, you could put shelving that, obviously, would open from the inside to put towels and other bathroom essentials. There is no needs to have a wooden box hanging off your house making it look like a shack.

I’ve designed mine with the box as well. Not only to house the panels, water heater, but also acts as extra storage for all your fun stuff, grill, lawn chairs.–a shed of sorts

Very nice build…including that ‘wooden box hanging off your house’ which does not make it look like a shack. I’m very impressed with the storage under the stairs and especially the washer/dryer placement. Great job!

Very nice! Love the board and bead walls. The kitchen is nice and concise, too. Love the stair/storage, and I agree about the sofa; in a tiny space there has to be a place to really comfortable to relax and let down, just like any other home. This is a pretty and well designed tiny house…thanks for sharing.

Very nice design, love the open sight lines with the mesh ladder and the storage options it creates!

Hmmm…I see the living room area floor is raised–is there some under-floor storage there? I don’t see any access panels. And if it were me, I’d probably ditch the bathroom vanity in favor of a wall-hung sink in order to keep from cracking a knee when using the john. Otherwise, I like! More closet space than most tinies. And, as others have said, the w/d placement and the easy stairs to the loft.

where electrical panel is what is that thing on the wall? Is that closet where electrical panel is? I think an office space is a waste unless you work from home. I would rather have a washer and a dryer there. This way I have more storage under stairs. Or put refrigerator where washer/dryer is and put a apartment size stove where refrigerator is. Just my thoughts.
