  • A dishwasher.
  • A refrigerator.
  • A coffee maker.

According to Yahoo! it’s to be released in Europe by October 2014 and then to the United States.

It’s being distributed by the folks over at Resource Furniture in New York.

Pricing, as you might already expect, is expensive.

$14,000 to $15,000 in USD.

With that price point, it’s a little far fetched for most people that are thinking of building tiny.

But I still thought I’d share because I thought the idea was interesting and worth sharing.

It’s interesting how tiny living (or small living) is becoming more popular because of necessity.

That makes me excited about what every day people like you and me and organizations are going to be creating to help live better in tiny/small spaces.

Let’s see, I could buy a tiny house or just this kitchen?!?! It is cool, but that’s just the gadget guy speaking. From a practical perspective, price aside, the more moving parts a thing has the greater the chance for parts to fail. We have moving plumbing, gas lines and power lines to this unit’s components. Trouble brewing… not if, but when.
    Again, cool idea.

Kind of a kitchen version of those artist tabouret cabinets. You could DIY something similar, especially if you use flexible tubing for plumbing, maybe just have a regular portable induction burner sitting on a shelf instead of a fancy built-in cooktop. You could make it any style you want if you do your own, even make it look like some kind of sculpture if that strikes your fancy. Although it only takes up 2’x2′ it still needs space to expand into when deployed so you need to keep clearances in mind.

This is so awesome! Just think how much space this would save! This is the perfect kitchen, all you need is storage to make it complete. Thanks so much for sharing this!
