This Whimsical Tiny Silo Cabin/Fairytale Cottage is located in Tyringham, Massachusetts. It’s designed to be a honeymoon cabin but you can definitely use it for any sort of vacation or getaway so I’ve added it tour tiny house vacations category.

This rustic tiny home sits on a beautiful garden estate with a few other cabins on the property as well. The silo cottage is great two people. I think it also serves as a wonderful source of inspiration for your own future cabin project because it’s a great example of what you can do by rehabbing another structure to build your tiny home, or in this case a tiny house vacation!

This home is perfection. I love the innovative and creative design of these homes. This one is ultimately the most adorable. I would love to have one just as high and exactly the same except with more square feet so the bedroom could be down stairs. Stairs are a problem for me. It is a wonderful home. Congratulations!

Overall, well done. A bit darker inside than I would prefer, but the 2d floor bedroom with a realstaircase aand hand rails is ever so much better than a loft bed. However, the outside looks like it is scheduled for demolition.

I could spend a weekend there, maybe even a whole week but that is about it. Too tiny of a kitchen for me.

Ooooh, I love it! So cool and beautiful! It is like a tiny elf cottage tucked away in the woods. I could live in it forever, too. Great artistic and creative job!

Round spaces are so often awkward for our usually-rectangular furniture and cabinets…this one doesn’t seem to handle that too well. There’s also nowhere really comfortable to sit.

But then, it’s easy enough to put up with that for a couple nights or a weekend.

I am crazy about the dining area by that stunning window. How beautiful. The only changes I would make is to redo the kitchen. I would put in a one piece unit with sink, burners, oven, and fridge included. I would also put in a walk-in tub in the bathroom.

Hey! Very n-i-c-e all around! Can’t believe how big it looks on the inside of this silo TH. I wouldn’t mind living in something like this either. (Didn’t realize I commented on this before). Since I still like it now, Three thumbs up!

Is there more info on this as to how it came about? costs? or things like that? I clicked on the links but it took me to another silo home featured awhile back. Maybe I missed something.
This is a very nice looking home. I really like the outside the way its done. It does look like its ready to be torn down, but then it also looks like a place not worth the trouble to break into.

Hi Kid — It’s an Airbnb, here’s the link: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/1238125 You could probably contact the owners and ask, but they are a bit more interested in whether or not you’ll want to stay, I’m sure 🙂
