Little house with a big feel. Love the tile floor pattern. Many building and decorating choices I’d be proud to say I’d made. I hope to find a reason to visit nearby Asheville so I can stay in this cozy Airbnb.

Please make sure you vet all the Airbnb listings. I had a horrible experience.

Sorry to hear about your horrible experience. Just to be clear, it wasn’t at this place though, was it?

Where did you find the house plan…I love it. Is it custom or did you find it somewhere? Thanks very much for your time…

It’s exterior is deceiving, because once you are inside it opens up to a cavernous interior and from out side it looks from the view point the camera has given us as very small.. I love the wood it’s gives the place a very warm feeling to it, yet comfortable.. As comfortable as you can get from a picture you might say….! But over all I love it…

It’s a great AirBNB getaway! This place looks so peaceful! The cottage is beautifully done and they give you farm products (farm eggs are the best!) when you check in. Just the place to get away from it all! I’ve added it to my favorites!

Well since this is probably outside my budget,I think I will do the next best thing and wish for reincarnation to one of the sheep, they look well tended and happy, what more could you need.

To be fair, this house looks to be 600-700 sqft, if you include the full-size loft. In that size range, there are a LOT more design options than there are for THOWs. So it’s easy to make these look good.

As the photographer of most of the above images I can say that the owners of East Fork Farm, who rent that cottage are wonderful, warm people, and the cottage is part of their sustainable farm. It’s a lovely space of about 300-400 sq ft, with a wow view from the little hot tub.
