Nay, nay on tile used on a countertop! Dirt/germ catcher extreme!

Very nice. Reasonable price. I like the kitchen tile. Keep it sealed and it will be easy to keep clean. I have this tile in my kitchen. I even have the same faucet.

    Being an
Having a biology and anatomy/physiology background, and having been a CNA for years, and a Diabetes medical administrator, I can tell you that there are no more germs on a tile countertop than on any other countertop, and that most household “germs” are benign and do not live more than a few minutes to possible a couple of hours once exposed to the air, so it is senseless to worry about them. You have more “germs” clinging to the hairs on your arm right now than you will ever have on your countertop.

The tile is beautiful and functional, and very practical in any kitchen, especially one that will receive the wear and tear of a tiny house. However, I am in love with the floors, and ceilings, and that beautiful ladder. The stair storage is also very clever and pretty. Overall it is a very nice house, though the price is a little steep for my pockets, but the price is right for the person looking for just this sort of home, so good luck! Beautiful home…

Don’t like the a/c unit. Why don’t they use a mini split unit instead. I would change the stairs leading to the loft. I would take out large refrigerator and put in under the counter refrigerator with small freezer in it’s place that would give you more counter space. Can’t tell if the oven is full size or apartment size. If it is full size I would put in apartment size on the other side of sink and put in single kitchen sink. It also states washer/dryer so where is it? No pictures of it. On a whole they did a nice job.

Very amateurish looking and gaudy, they might want to paint that and give it a single style instead of being all chunky and all over the place. It screams cheap, (A/C, plywood showing everywhere, mismatched stains) looks like it was made with mostly items out of the reduced bin. If they made it for themselves, it would be great but when you are making something to sell for a small fortune, you have to put some thought into it.

I’m with Candide. If you’re going to spend a lot of time in a tiny house, it’s got to be appealing with an ascending impression of value from the outside in. I wasn’t hopeful when this started with vinyl siding and trim in three colors and it just went downhill on the inside. If I had to guess, someone had some building materials left over and an old flatbed trailer and some free time and saw a way to offload it at a profit.

My large park model with loft cost that much before discount.this unit is extremely over priced and not that well built.

The outside door knob is on upside down. It would have to be put on the other side of the door but I’m betting it is made for an interior door and was just used because it was leftover material from another job but it doesn’t make sense to use it there. I do believe in recycling but right is right and wrong is wrong especially if you are selling this. I don’t think I would use this company.
