31 feet! That’s long for a tiny house. Wonder if we’d ever see the finished part?!

I’m curious about the price, also.

This was submitted by a builder — if you contact them on the website and ask for a price I’m sure they will provide one 🙂

From the website; “The client is asking $42,000.00 / Best offer for the home, as it stands.” Looks to be a very nice build and well worth the $$.

Very large tiny house, but I did not notice how long the trailer was in actual feet… But very big none the less….! I would like maybe to have a trailer this long around 38 or so feet long and add a down stairs bedroom and a large tub and shower bathroom…! Some day maybe…

I agree Zachary, I figured I need 34′ min. to get my tub and downstairs bedroom. I’ve looked at metal sips as they are great insulation, the termites in FL won’t eat them and they are lighter than wood sips. Just waiting on decent weather, snowed today, so I can finish this house and get it on the market. Still debating a sailboat though.

      That’d be cool!
