Tiny House RV Park Transition

In recent years our “campground” has transitioned to a monthly/extended-stay park and I am delighted to have had a Tiny House living here since Dec 2015.

Available Tiny House Lots

Our sites are shady and level with water, sewer hookup and electric 50/30/120. We have several lake-front sites available that have water and electric only and are close to the bathhouse. We have a laundry and free wireless internet. The lake is spring-fed and clean with great fishing. We are 10 miles from the Pinehurst FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital and medical complex, 30 minutes from Fort Bragg, 15 minutes from Sanford, 60 miles from Raleigh. There are many champion golf courses within 10 miles of the park. The famous “Horse Country/Walthour Moss Foundation” of Southern Pines is 12 miles and Carolina Horse Park is 30 minutes.

$400/month to Park and Live in your Tiny House Here

The monthly rate is $400. plus electric usage. All the sites are metered.

Our Park is tucked back in the woods, quiet and safe, with management living on-site. We are partial to military, law-enforcement, retired military, grandparents visiting family in the area, etc. Hanky-panky, drama and unacceptable behavior are not permitted.

Heritage RV & Tiny House Park is a certified wildlife habitat.

Just yesterday a single lady who lives here (a well-known sign language interpreter) told me that she feels so special living here.

I think $400 a month is expensive without electricity. Maybe this is the going rate but I pay less for property taxes.

If you realized how much it costs to put in an infrastructure for a facility like this, you might have a different opinion. I think it’s well worth it

I live in Florida. Here it will cost you anywhere from about $500-600 on the low end to $1,200 per month in season, electricity not included. I think $400 is quite reasonable.

Hmmm. I wonder if they would allow a Tiny House Truck?

Are you pet friendly? And how far away is shopping?

Cool! I would need a sunny spot though.

As a Realtor, I can assure that $400 per month is reasonable. That’s less than $14 per day. Can’t camp for that. Trailer Parks and Condo associations are all in that range in my neck of the woods. We should be praising a company that’s providing more options for us because around where I live so they won’t allow anyone to park a tiny home. I’d like to give this facility a big round of applause for providing a well-thought-out option for us

Unable to get a call back from Heritage, only get leave a message, then no call back. Will be in the area for at least 3 months looking for a place to park a 5th wheel. Any ideas how to get a person to call?

I’m sorry to hear that Deb! I don’t have any other contact information for them, I’m afraid.
