This is the a Tiny House on Wheels by Liberty Cabins that features the much-desired downstairs bedroom.

The home also has a loft accessible by a standard ladder, but for those wary of climbing up and down all the time, you can sneak to the back of the house where you’ll find the cozy bedroom, complete with a TV! In the bathroom there’s a residential toilet and standard shower stall, and the living room includes a great couch and a table that doubles as workspace.

We only use high grade material. No OSB, No MDF cabinets, all Pine, Cedar, & Maple throughout. This model comes full equipped with platinum grade flooring throughout the unit, custom couch, beautiful oscillating fans, dinette table & all lighting is LED 12V.

Up in the loft there is high grade Shaw Carpet, as well as Shaw cushion for your comfort. There are outlets in every corner of the loft and a skylight for gazing into the sky. The Skylight also acts as an emergency egress window ( We follow NFPA and RVIA standards). The loft is accessible by a beautiful maple rolling ladder that glides with ease.

In the kitchen, there are 24in deep counter-tops, microwave, range/oven with back splash, 9.9cu.ft. refrigerator, stainless steel double deep kitchen sink and plenty of hardwood maple cabinets as well as soft close drawers.

The bathroom comes with privacy pocket doors, large stand up shower, cabinet for your towels, custom maple vanity and medicine cabinet and toilet. The lower bedroom has a sliding privacy door, folding side tables, mini storage loft, and a large bed platform with storage underneath.

    Nice design! The only thing I would change is that the bedroom looks very claustrophobic. I would put a big window on the far wall, left side of the bed. Also I assume that ladder is movable…

      Yes I think a huge window would really open the space up! And yes it moves 🙂 You can see from one picture to the next that it slides over.

    It’s amazing to me how many THOWs–and how many RVs, for that matter–place the TV as an afterthought, so that people have to twist their bodies 90 degrees in the chair or couch. This one got it right–kudos!

    Also I like the little undersink toothbrush drawer.

    I love the main floor bedroom. The only two changes I would make is to paint the trim & cabinets and have some sort of hook setup so the ladder would stand straight up next to the fridge when it wasn’t being used. Oh, three – I’d also replace the desk/table with an all-in-one washer/dryer unit.
    But, even as is, this would be a great retirement THOW for one person.
