I am not sure if that tub on the wrought iron rack in the bathroom is the ‘sink’ but otherwise, this trailer is designed beautifully. It let’s in a lot of light with it’s two entrances and I like the fact that the living space is in the center with the kitchenette and not separated from it. I also like the fact that the bathroom is right in front and is separated from the aforementioned by and actual wall and not just a curtain or louver door. Building on a goose neck is such a great idea also because it gives you the loft feel but lower so that space feels included with the other living space making it feel bigger. It’s also great for older folks who would otherwise struggle with a ladder. I really like the old chest that doubles as a kitchen sink/hot plate stand.

    Hi Alex,
I’ve been admiring this home for some time and one question….the bathroom “Estate” milk can? Did you re-purpose a milk can with a “rain chain” to dispense water? If so, great job! Love the bar soap shelf on it.

Hello! What is the largest size tiny home as far as square footage goes, that will keep it in the tiny home category?

Usually around 350 sq ft but it depends sometimes on how many people are using it and how they’re using it too, you know? Some people work from home, art at home, music, etc.

We are moving to Austin next year so have begun looking for a house. Being retired, we have the flexibility to live anywhere in the Austin area. How do I get in touch with Austin tiny house developments. J. Anderson was selling his tiny home through your site. I would like to be in touch with him or others who can help us. Thank you.
