Why is she selling?

I’m using the money to buy a bigger home for a financial investment here in West Texas. I started the Tiny Home journey and then realized it would have been great in college or right out of college but at this point in my life I need to think about investing in something a little bigger. I also need more space because I’m a Yoga Practitioner and I would like to have a room dedicated to that along with a space for clients.

Cost:

  •  $15,500 for all components

I know the article says to contact the owner with questions but I am not fully clear on what is being offered for sale. I see the trailer, the house design plans along with the video. Are the building materials for the shell pictured in one photo included? If the building materials are part of the sale then the asking price sounds like a recovery of costs incurred. If the shell was attached to the trailer this would be a bargain for someone wanting to finish the build with their own touches.

Hi Joyce — she’s selling the materials, not a finished shell. And yes, I do think she is hoping to recover costs 🙂

And if you’re pretty seriously interested, I’m sure she’d consider an offer too. Doesn’t hurt to try right! 😀
