Nice, very nice.
I like this fresh and modern THOW mostly because of its bedroom which can be reached without climbing up a ladder.
When a house is not designated as a custom design for a customer, I have difficulty picturing the reasons for the choices for the house. I like the openness of this design, although I find the enclosed bed space to be slightly claustrophobic, but great for a couple who sleep at different times. I wouldn’t do it as a single person.
I don’t see a living room area, which I solved in my house by making my twin bed double as my couch. This looks like it’s designed for a couple who work different shifts, but don’t spend much time in the home except for eating and sleeping. So much light is lovely. I am curious about the brown storage on the wall that goes nearly to the ceiling in pictures 2 and 12. It seems largely inaccessible. Odd. The ladder would be useful for that.
The downstairs bedroom must also be intended as a living room also with room for a sleeper couch/futon under the shelving. Obviously lots of storage under this room as well as in the kitchen. Guessing storage outside bedroom/living room is for clothes. Well thought out.
