Tiny Floating Zen Cabins

This post contains affiliate links.

These are tiny floating zen cabins that we’re lucky enough to tour and learn about thanks to Faircompanies.

From the outside, you’ll notice tiny stucco-covered tea rooms with shingled roofs. One is at the top of a tree, and another is hanging between two large ladder-like structures.

When you go inside one, you’ll find cream walls, wooden floors and a hearth. The other is lined with wood panels and has a table for sipping tea.

Please enjoy, learn more, and re-share below. Thank you!

Note that one can build most anything as a swing without any code problems because there is no law against it.

No serious Zen Master would kill a tree to make something this stupid.

But he’s “celebrating impermanence”. I suppose that means you need to top off all the trees surrounding your little statement to impermanence as well. How long do you suppose a topped tree would support a treehouse versus a live one. Celebrating impermanence indeed. Wasteful and disgraceful.

Golly, it makes getting up a ladder to a tiny house loft a breeze. Hope the trees don’t fall down.
