And it’s nicely decorated too. Let’s take a look inside.

Wish more tiny homes on wheels had that type of stove set up rather than a traditional stove, because this design provodes for far more storage space under the drop in stove set up. Put hand rails on the ladder and even those of us who have a hard time with ladders could probably do well.

To save space, try a portable stovetop. They can be stored away when not in use.

It would be very easy to put hand hold on them. It is something I ask with the customer. We put in a large capacity tank-less hot water heater. Now others are copying us. We put in a forced air furnace using propane… It runs of the thermostat for consistent heading.

Seems to lack any closet space. Would there be a clothes closet tucked away somewhere? I don’t see one..

It’s there… look at the picture of the dining table opened up. Next to the refrigerator is a cupboard and 2 drawers. Not a lot, but then in a tiny home you probably don’t need a lot. When it comes to tiny homes, something has to give… apart from the budget /joke

Okay, I see it now, I thought that might be a kitchen pantry instead. Thanks for the quick reply.

You are looking at our smallest model and it was our first. There is a clothes closest by the bathroom. In our latest build we used Ikea and we did a pull out pantry and could put a full length closet next to the pull out.

To omit shelving, cupboards or closets, store items in pull-out baskets beneath furniture or a bed.

Searching for individuals to invest in land,…Saratoga NY AREA….for solar tiny house “community .” Serious inquiries,…must have enough “capital” to help with land investment, steady job, maturity,…and love for TINY HOUSE MOVEMENT. Seeking to purchase area, allowing for “Single Well” perk tested for (5) tiny houses to share,…with each tiny house being “off-grid” with appropriate PV SOLAR incorporated on roofs. This necessitates a “southern exposure to roofing” scenario….and “team collaboration.

What kind of investment are you looking at?
      What is your timeframe?

Looks great! Wondering if you have a floor plan with measurements and a price for the model as shown in the photos. Thanks!

Rather than a loft, try a daybed or futon couch.

I like it, The curb appeal is much o be desired . with the one window up flush with the door entrance and the rest with nothing but a long blank wall. But the floor plan and the rest of the inside is very appealing..

We used all the exterior space in the inside of the home. We suggest our customers build a deck and cover with our homes. The home is set up for television outside as well as in. Windows are tricky in the sense that interior walls space is needed to be comfortable. There is actually 44″ between the stove and the refrigerator. We are into functional space.

Truly loved this TH, Side entry (would need to be on other side of house for countries with RHD), Super kitchen beautifully built, The ladder was pure magic and on their web site shows one that could be connected to the wall with storage underneath, Nice big windows which supply more light and a feeling of more space and the well thought out storage down the side of the refrigerator cabinet. Lots of thought gone into this TH. Well done.

Thank you Brian. We used every space and put outlets where they would be needed. We placed one at the top of the refrigerator for a microwave. The empty wall has coax cable for television and an outlet. It is all about finding out about our customers to give them the ability to do them in their homes.

Room for thought: If you used an induction type cooktop, there would be room for an all-in-one-washer-dryer too. Plus, if you’re not a loft kind of person, you can bump the entrance over a bit leaving room for a larger daybed where the couch is. Then you can utilize a pullout table/cutting board or have one that folds back onto the wall.

im glad since your move from tenn. to colorado hasnt hurt you on making the most beautiful homes out there today! i know we have talk about you building me one with a bathtub…………someday soon! saving pennies to get it done! now about this home……..
i too believe the ladder is the best i have seen but foldable hand rails would be great for us 50 plus……… i do have a question, you put so much love into these homes, downstairs are always wonderful BUT what about making something in storage that no one has done before upstairs? its so plain……… and i know you could do some kind of built in for storage……….
i would love you to make a home with a murphy bed , a bathtub, and very victorian style……..all on one floor! thats my dream home…..i know if you make it, i just might have to buy it!
    keep up the great work!!!

I would put the oven where the drawers are,put the sink where the oven is. I don’t like staring into cabinets while washing dishes.

  • June 23, 2014, 11:19 pm

This is a pretty one. I like the outside color and the lightness of the interior. Nice kitchen. The stairs are less steep than most, and it would be easy to add a handrail if desired.
    Nice.
