This is the Rustic Tiny House in the Smokies built by Wheel Life Tiny Homes in Kentucky.

If you love it after looking at the pictures, you can book a stay via Airbnb. I love the white and blue color scheme inside, and just wait until you see the loft bedroom. It has a custom-built dresser that doubles as a sliding door — very innovative!

Get more details about the home below and check out Wheel Life Tiny Homes if you want more information about what they can build for you. Enjoy!

Grey, white and turquoise. Lovely color scheme inside.

I love the comfy-looking couch and coffee table.

The barn door to the bathroom is beautiful.

Snuggle up with throw pillows and blankets!

The solid armrests double as side tables — brilliant!

Enjoy watching T.V. That stand is the cutest color.

The kitchen has the microwave and sink for quick meals.

A staircase leads up to the private loft bedroom.

Sleep in the queen-sized bed with a sweet side window.

See! The dresser slides to become a door. How cool?

Here it is “open.” Great way to multipurpose!

Shower stall in the bathroom

Washer and dryer! I like the stackable units a lot.

Beautiful vanity with a stunning, simple bowl sink.

Another sliding door option! Wow! That is a really cool idea!

I love many aspects about this house. One of which is the sliding dresser drawers/door.
The photography is distracting, however. I wish I could see everything in focus. I’m sure that I’m missing out on something really cool because it isn’t in focus or the lighting is “creative.”
I hate to miss out on cool stuff! 🙂

Does anyone actually end up living in the houses that were “made” on Tiny House Nation?

Yes, they were all actually made for people to live in… The only thing misleading about the show is how it tries to show Zack as always the main builder when he’s usually really only helping out most of the time, and it’s actually a regular Tiny House builder/company contracted to do the build and they help them out…

Though, Zack really is a strong advocate for Tiny Houses and alternative living options… and he is the one who comes up with the creative one of a kind multi-use furniture, etc.

The show is mainly to help expose the public to the fact people are building and living in Tiny Houses… But many of the HGTV shows don’t let the home owners keep the furniture and decorations they put in to show off the property… So any of the last minute stuff where they present the house is only to present the house and the home owners have to furnish the house later…

However, not every home owner in the show manages to keep their Tiny House as a number of them had to sell them for various reasons…

Needing money for medical bills, being kicked off where they had it parked and unable to find another place to live, growing family needed more space, moved to another country, stuff happens in life reasons, etc.

There was even this one weird case where the home owner later gave the house a bad review, stating the builder was unlicensed and did shoddy work… This was the house from episode S03E11… and the builder responded by suing them for slander and loss of business their review caused…

Incidentally, the builder’s youtube page, CBCS, has a video of the house in the state it was delivered to the clients and you can note the lack of furniture and decorations…

Same thing happens on the Flip/Renovation house shows on HGTV as well… Mind, you can almost need a second mortgage to pay for all the furniture and decoration they show in some of those houses…

Otherwise, if there were any houses on the show you liked, it can take quite a bit of investigation to find who was actually contracted to built it but it can be done and many builders will advertise the fact their work was showcased on the show or on one of the other HGTV shows like Tiny House Hunters…
