Wow! What an adorable little cottage! It looks very inviting as you approach the front door. I love the enclosed porch. It looks like a nice place to have a cup of coffee in the early morning enjoying nature. I love the whole cottage, except I’m not crazy over the bed in the kitchen/living room, it’s too bad they don’t have some type of divider or barrier as to separate the bed from the rest of the place. But on the whole the place is really cute!!

Why up so high? Is there outdoor equipment storage underneath? Or a canoe, paddleboards, etc?

Its an Airbnb. And that space underneath “is” for storage of (gasp!) canoes, paddleboards etc.

How much would cost to build an exact replica?

LOVELY! Are you sure this is classified as a TH? Looks like a normal size cottage.

That looks like a Wyeth painting over the stove. Very cool.

Brylane sells a room divider on spring polls that would not take up space and still allow airflow at the top and bottom. Two of them would give a lot more privacy. The screens are reasonably priced and look nice.

Great vacation home or a year round home, if you were downsizing. Loved the bathroom sink and the kitchen stove. the closed in porch is so comfortable looking.
