I love this property. The tiny house is adorable and the banana trees by the dining pavilion are to die for. It is so lush.

Banana trees are super cool. Cut them away and they grow back!

I am confused. I grew up not far from there.
What is for sale, the house, or the bus, or both? The land also?
I live in Mt Pleasant, now, and would love to see this place.

Don’t want land though..want to pull up my roots, and travel.
And if I settle down, Incredible Tiny Homes has their own land for a community. All off grid. Creek running down the property for $200 a month! Another one in NC for $300 a month.

    • Natalie C. McKee Natalie C. McKee June 8, 2017, 2:29 pm

All three (house, bus and land) from what I can tell.

I looked it up on Estately. It is not near enough, to Charleston. Maybe as the crow flies…but the traffic is unbearable! It is not near Maybank Highway. It is off Bohicket Road.
Love how these real estate people streeeeeetch the truth.
A third of an acre is not much property. The price is far too much.
I used to patrol that area, when I was a police officer. I know all about miles, time to travel..etc., in this area. Don’t be fooled people! Go see them yourself. Don’t believe those pictures on line..especially those using the fish eye lens. They deceive you as to how big, or small, a house is!

We always recommend seeing a home in person before buying! 🙂
