I’ve been looking at the tiny homes, but I’ve a question. I would like to see or plan a tiny home for myself and a couple of pets (dogs). I am deaf, use a cane/walker, can not use any stairs of any kind, and would like to have a dishwasher, washer/dryer combo, a full bathroom-no decomposing restroom–in short a tiny home ADA compliant as well as “fitted with visual/vibrating equipment”-doorbell, oven lights, etc. I am also 59 years of age living in Missouri where the weather can and will get on the “psychotic” side. I also prefer all electric home. I’m tired of chaotic living in apartment complexes. I’m also an avid reader, t.v. watcher, and stay to myself a lot. Am I being too “picky”-I just want to have a home.

Beautiful TH, both inside and outside. Functional on all levels as well. I am just wondering, are the stilts strong enough to withstand the high winds in summer and winter storms?
Years ago, when my two story house was raised to put in a basement, we had high winds during the night and it shook the whole house! That was scary!
That’s why I wondered if the stilts were strong and solid enough for this TH!

Definitely something to consider when building this way!
