Tiny Cabin on 36 Acres in Lyons, Colorado! (For Sale!)

This is a tiny cabin (400 sq. ft.) on 36 acres in Lyons, Colorado (Boulder County) that’s listed for sale on Estately. The asking price is $449,000 which is expensive, but seems fair considering the acreage. Either way, the cabin is great to look at (and it has nice windows/views). It was built in 1992. Check it out and let me know what you think below!

Any idea what zoning is? Horses and livestock permitted? covenants?

Desiree- go to the Estately link. There are more pics and details. There is even a basement to this, but it appears to only be accessible from the outside of the building.

I didn’t see that but when I did go there it sold 6 months ago for 396000. They wanted to make a quick 53000. I did ask Estately for info on the zoning.

When you scroll down, it says that horses are approved. I don’t know about trains.

I used the top link now and that one showed me the info you were talking about. Cool but not the same info I was looking at. like this one better.

The unexplainable glamor of the asymmetrical light cutsthatslides on volumes, such as silk in the wind

Oh, I could SO live there!!!!!

I could easily live here. It has plenty of space on the 36 acres to be able to put my model railroad and room to have parking for those that want to run their trains and the public wanting to ride the trains. Nice.

It’s nothing even close to my taste and I always like my kitchens to look updated with matching appliances. I only like showers no tubs in the bathroom. In my opinion it is absolutely wonderful. I love it and I have no idea why.
